If you have any concerns on the status of your order, contact us: info@sweetashome.nz WHERE IS MY PACKAGE On seasons where we have a high volume of orders or in holidays it might taking us a little longer to process orders than usual. Thank you for your kind patience. After your order has been placed, you can expect it to ship within about 5-8 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number via email to follow up your package journey to destination. WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS Please take note that is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We understand that mistakes happen, and we want to do what we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If you have made an error in entering your address, we will need to send you an invoice to cover the complete cost of re-shipping your order once it has been returned-to-sender. If this is not your preference, the other option would be to refund your order, less our original cost of shipping.
  • REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
    Unfortunately, we cannot exchange candles if you have simply changed your mind, please choose carefully. If there is a genuine fault with any item, we will replace it free of charge after we evaluate the fault. As we indicate before, take in consideration that every candle is handpoured and colours & patterns will vary from the image above or may contain slight imperfections. For the evaluation you may be asked to provide photos of the damaged/faulty item before returning it to us. If you are eligible for a refund we will process the payment via online banking in the form of a direct credit. We recommend you return your item via a track and trace service, as we accept no responsibility for lost or stolen items. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods are returned later than 7 days after the original purchase. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product to initiate a return. Please include your full name and order number in your email. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure our customers are satisfied. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If the order has been processed or shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
